Job Title: Clinical Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at The Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, ensuring a safe and clean working environment, and maintaining a positive and supportive team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the care of residents, including scheduling and assigning nursing staff
  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families
  • Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
  • Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
  • Maintain documentation of resident care services
  • Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with EHR and e-prescribing programs
  • Basic computer skills
