Job Title: Clinical Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at The Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are met. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling and assigning nursing staff, providing support to residents and families, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the care of residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Assign and schedule nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and effective care delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and e-prescribing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40.00-$48.00 per hour, as well as a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Our facility is located in Brooklyn, NY, and we are an equal opportunity employer.
