As a Private Client Services (PCS) Summer Associate at Capital Group, you will partner with our Client Relationship Team to deliver exceptional client service to high-net-worth individuals, entities, foundations, and more. You will also work on various projects to support the PCS business, leveraging your skills to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of the PCS business and client service delivery through engagement with Client Service Associates (CSAs), Private Client Relationship Managers (RMs), and leaders in sales and support roles.
- Observe client calls with the Client Relationship Team to understand how we interact with clients to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop service and presentation skills through training and experiential learning, culminating in an end-of-summer presentation.
- Lead project work to accomplish business goals, applying PCS technology and systems.
- Participate in various responsibilities and assigned projects based on business needs.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated Spring 2026 graduation date and a current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong interest in a financial services career, specifically client management.
- Excellent relationship building, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills.
- Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to work.
- Passion for continuous learning.
Hourly Rate: $30.50/hour
Capital Group offers a highly competitive base salary, individual annual performance bonus, and annual profitability bonus, as well as a retirement plan with a 15% company contribution.
