Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Regional Director to join our team in the Eastern Region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing executive management and oversight of the region's operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive management and oversight of the region's operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
  • Lead and manage a team of senior auditors and audit managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other regional directors and senior leaders to share best practices and drive organizational excellence.
  • Represent the Department of Defense in meetings with external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality audit services and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
