POSITION SUMMARY

The Equipment Operator role is critical and safety-sensitive. The operator will be tasked with the operation of loaders, dozers, and crushers in accordance with project requirements. Daily servicing and maintenance of equipment will also be a key responsibility.


This position is associated with our operations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently operate machinery to achieve production targets.
  • Assist in the setup and dismantling of plants.
  • Conduct general maintenance, repairs, and servicing of equipment as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and worksite as required.
  • Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 80 lbs regularly.
  • Utilize a shovel for material handling as necessary.
  • Adhere to safety protocols established by M.S.H.A. and company policies.
  • Perform pre-shift equipment inspections prior to operation.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possession of an M.S.H.A certificate is required.
  • Ability to operate machinery effectively to meet project specifications.
  • Must be a collaborative team member.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance.
  • Basic welding skills and familiarity with cutting torches are preferred.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
