As a Director of Risk Advisory, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our clients, bringing your expertise and knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions. You'll be responsible for client delivery, business development, leading teams, and developing junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading audit, risk assessment, control testing, and risk management projects
  • Overseeing teams and individuals, monitoring and guiding performance
  • Providing senior account and project-level leadership
  • Delivering high-quality consulting services
  • Driving the strategic direction of the practice
  • Contributing to talent acquisition and retention efforts
  • Leading business development efforts

Requirements include:

  • 10-15+ years of experience advising public companies on financial, compliance, technology, strategic, operational, and/or enterprise-wide risk
  • Professional services experience in a client-facing role at an accounting or consulting firm
  • Expert knowledge of key risk domain standards and frameworks
  • Expertise in audit methodologies and the creation of essential internal audit deliverables
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Proven record of building and developing strong client relationships
