Key Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care
- Participate in ongoing assessment of quality patient care services provided in the unit
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- A valid RN license in Texas or a compact state
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- At least 2 years of acute hospital experience, preferably in orthopedics
- 1+ years of leadership experience as a Registered Nurse
