Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, making a lasting impact on their lives. As a Private Duty Nurse - RN with Aveanna, you will work closely with patients and families to develop personalized care plans that meet their specific needs.

About the Role

As a Private Duty Nurse - RN, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
  • Documenting care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Providing education and training to family members on patient care and management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active, unencumbered license as an RN in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (preferably)
  • Reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits
