SMT Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled SMT Machine Operator to join our team at APCON. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the operation of automated equipment used in the SMT assembly line.
Key Responsibilities- Setup and operate Stencil Printer machine to apply solder paste onto printed circuit boards
- Setup, operate and maintain Pick and Place machines for component placement on PCBs
- Test the thermal profiles in the oven
- Load the program and run the boards in the reflow oven
- Perform automated optical inspection (AOI) to detect defects or irregularities
- Record and track assembly process control and machine maintenance
- 3+ years of working experience in an electronic manufacturing or SMT environment
- Knowledge of stencil printing, pick-and-place operations, reflow soldering, and inspection processes
- Basic knowledge of IPC standards or IPC Certification (a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
- Ability to read and understand documentation and instructions
