About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team at nVent. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding process, attending campus job fairs, and managing benefits administration for our Solon, OH campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including opening positions in WorkDay and completing the I-9 process
  • Attend campus job fairs and schedule interviews
  • Lead and manage the benefits administration for the ESN site of the Solon, OH campus
  • Assist with key annual HR Functional processes, including employee relations, performance management, and compensation practices
  • Manage and lead Workday, time and attendance management, and payroll transactions
  • Promote a positive work environment and strong organizational culture through employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, project coordinator, and/or HR support role
  • Previous experience working in Workday is preferred
  • Knowledge of pay and employment laws, practices, and legal requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
