Culinary Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the kitchen team to ensure high levels of service that are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with all regulations.
  • Manage kitchen operations to guarantee that meals are presented to customers with the utmost quality and timeliness.
  • Ensure the kitchen consistently meets all health and safety and food hygiene standards.
  • Inspire your team to excel in delivering outstanding food service and customer satisfaction.
  • Create an enjoyable and productive work environment while fostering the professional development of your team members.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in fast-paced food service environments along with effective people management skills.
  • A strong understanding of commercial operations, including budget management and profitability through enhanced sales strategies.
  • The ability to assess training needs and provide coaching to ensure all team members deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe environment.
  • A proactive approach to adapting to changing priorities, workloads, and new regulations.
  • A positive attitude towards managing change, leading the team through seasonal transitions with care and motivation.
