Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Expert to join our team at Dobbies Garden Centres. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective support to the Restaurant Management team on a daily basis
• Work alongside the team to ensure the efficiency of the staff and maintain high standards of service
• Coach and train the team to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for our customers
• Ensure compliance with restaurant operational procedures and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about food and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best. Previous experience in a retail catering role and a relevant food safety qualification would be an advantage.
