Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a group of patients, ensuring their safety and well-being in their homes with adequate staff and effective nursing personnel.
  • Coordinate home care and healthcare staffing referrals, including authorization and scheduling.
  • Assign qualified personnel to cases, including rescheduling cancellations and ensuring compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements.
  • Support recruitment efforts to hire adequate field staff to cover existing and growing census.
  • Counsel field employees on non-clinical matters and initiate complaint and service failure reporting and investigation.
  • Exemplify excellent company standards and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a service-related industry, with a focus on problem-solving skills in a patient care setting.
  • One year of experience in home care and/or healthcare staffing, with commercial insurance and private pay experience preferred.
  • High School graduate with an associate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience; College Degree strongly preferred.
