We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wireless Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our dynamic team at Eighty 8 Solutions, Inc. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and customer engagement to contribute to the growth and success of our wireless services and product offerings.

This is a full-time position that requires the representative to be present at our primary location. The selected candidate will play a vital role in meeting and exceeding sales expectations by providing tailored solutions to our diverse customer base. We are looking for proactive individuals who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of customer relations, driven by both sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to provide personalized solutions to their wireless technology needs.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and educate customers on the latest wireless devices and accessories.
  • Stay up-to-date with new wireless products, services, and industry trends.
  • Identify customers' needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable products and services.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and marketing strategies.
  • Resolve customer issues and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Market new promotions to customers on new products and services for their wireless devices.
  • Maintain and manage merchandise display areas to ensure effective product presentation.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service, sales, server, or retail experience.
  • Open availability to work a full-time schedule.
  • Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver's license with own vehicle to reliably commute to and from work.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using smartphones and wireless devices.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication and a positive attitude.
