Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $24.00 to $29.00/hour based on experience and certifications.
- Signing bonus available.
- Health Insurance: two options available after 60 days of employment.
- 401k: company-matched contributions of up to 5% after one year of service.
- Profit-Sharing: eligibility for annual profit-sharing program after one year of service.

Qualifications (Requirements):

- Fluency in English.
- Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team's performance in tarping, board-up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installation according to industry standards.
- Dedicate yourself to providing outstanding customer service.
- Support team members as needed and cultivate positive relationships with other departments.
- Act as a strong representative of our brand.
- Prepare crews daily through team huddles to ensure readiness.
- Meet with clients and adjusters on-site to assist with issue resolution and provide professional insights.
- Conduct quality control inspections of job sites.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain organized and well-stocked company vehicles and equipment.
- Be available by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as required.
