Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage: $24.00 to $29.00/hour based on experience and certifications.
  • Signing bonus available.
  • Health Insurance: two options available after 60 days of employment.
  • 401k: company-matched contributions of up to 5% after one year of service.
  • Profit-Sharing: eligibility for annual profit-sharing program after one year of service.

Qualifications (Requirements):

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team's performance in tarping, board-up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installation according to industry standards.
  • Dedicate yourself to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Support team members as needed and cultivate positive relationships with other departments.
  • Act as a strong representative of our brand.
  • Prepare crews daily through team huddles to ensure readiness.
  • Meet with clients and adjusters on-site to assist with issue resolution and provide professional insights.
  • Conduct quality control inspections of job sites.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized and well-stocked company vehicles and equipment.
  • Be available by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as required.
