About the Role

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at MetroWest Medical Center in Natick, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality care to adult patients. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, focusing on treatment goals and therapeutic relationships.
  • Collaborate with the nurse therapist to determine a milieu treatment approach and participate in milieu therapy.
  • Assess and evaluate patient mental status, initiating and maintaining a therapeutic relationship.
  • Coordinate and implement various aspects of the milieu environment to provide a therapeutic experience for patients.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English).
  • BLS required.
