Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to gather data and information for estimating purposes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Prepare and present detailed estimates, including cost breakdowns and schedules
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure estimates are aligned with project goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve estimating processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering
  • Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in a commercial, industrial, or residential setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools, such as Autodesk or Sage
