Job Summary: We are looking for a Fiber Optic Splicing Supervisor to manage all fiber service operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This position includes assigning tasks, overseeing quality assurance, coordinating with various teams, and engaging in fiber splicing tasks.

  • Delegate responsibilities to teams and subcontractors while maintaining production standards.
  • Guarantee adherence to quality control and safety protocols.
  • Organize job scheduling and logistical arrangements.
  • Engage in project initiation and client meetings.
  • Conduct fiber splicing operations and advanced testing procedures.
  • Oversee the maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and documentation.
  • Mentor and develop splicing technicians.
  • Comply with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Fiber Splicing is required.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fiber optic principles and testing methodologies.
  • Skilled in operating splicing machinery and testing tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.

General Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work in diverse environments and various weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working at heights and utilizing hand tools.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance.
