Compensation$75,000 - $125,000 + bonus
Key Responsibilities- Assess incoming leads to schedule appointments with realtors and field agents, ensuring prompt responses to meet client needs.
- Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor and achieve sales objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within designated areas to broaden our client base.
- Follow up with prospects post-initial meeting through various communication methods to nurture real estate leads.
- Maintain up-to-date client information in our database system for accurate data access by agents.
- Utilize scripts to effectively communicate the team's value proposition and manage objections.
- Evaluate leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial details to real estate agents.
- Oversee the database to ensure seamless processes and diligent lead follow-up.
- Track and report on productivity and sales metrics accurately.
- Stay informed on evolving real estate trends within the local market.
- Comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding real estate brokerage services.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in generating real estate leads.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Must hold a real estate license or be actively pursuing one.
- Ability to take ownership of leads and systematize the conversion process for optimal results.
- Record productivity and sales metrics, participating in regular accountability meetings.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills to manage a steady influx of leads and related documentation.
