Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers, ensuring a positive experience and promoting sales.
  • Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner, accurately labeling and storing items.
  • Ensure that all donations are properly receipted and that donors are thanked and appreciated.
  • Assist with loading and unloading donations and merchandise, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Goodwill's standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
