Technical Sales Representative Opportunity

LMK Recruiting Solutions is seeking a driven and results-oriented Technical Sales Representative to lead our market development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in our growth strategy by building and expanding relationships with new clients while deepening engagement with existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Conduct direct sales calls and presentations to targeted customer segments within the designated market area.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Engage in ongoing product training and stay updated on industry developments to provide expert insights to clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of proven success in Outside Sales, preferably within the HVAC or industrial rental market.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Licenses & Screening: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
  • Field Work: Willingness to spend 90%+ of time in the field (travel) engaging with clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in commercial and/or industrial product sales, particularly within the HVAC rental industry, and strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems.
  • Skills & Qualities: Competitive drive, mechanical aptitude, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, strong organization and follow-through skills, and demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel, Windows, Outlook, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
