Job Title: Development Database Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, mission-oriented organization. As a Development Database Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our fundraising efforts by coordinating the donor database and interfacing with our online giving platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the donor database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Manage daily data entry, including online gifts, checks, and wire transfers
  • Develop and implement efficient methods for data management and cleaning
  • Collaborate with the Development team to ensure seamless fundraising operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors and members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using a CRM or donor database, preferably in a non-profit organization
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is required; experience with Blackbaud Raisers Edge/NXT is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality with respect to donor records
