MEP Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on building systems and infrastructure development.

• Develop and implement project work plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients and construction contractors/subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor manpower and performance against project work plans, identifying areas for improvement.
• Read and interpret construction documents, utilizing CM software to ensure coordination between project trades.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on large-scale building/infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant MEP Superintendent or Inspector of large-scale multi-contract building projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to develop and communicate project work plans, monitor manpower and performance, and ensure coordination between project trades.
• OSHA 30 certification.
