Compensation: $21 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant who excels at delivering exceptional customer service to prospective residents. This individual will be responsible for identifying the needs and wants of potential residents to secure lease agreements. Responsibilities

  • Generate interest in our community by highlighting its unique features and benefits
  • Effectively communicate with potential residents throughout the leasing process
  • Serve as a resource for residents to address concerns and find solutions
  • Build lasting relationships to retain and acquire residents
  • Utilize attention to detail to perform administrative tasks
  • Coordinate engaging activities for residents
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • YARDI experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong customer service experience required
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
