Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team at Strive 360 LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for scheduling and executing property tours, greeting prospects, and consulting with prospective tenants to identify their desired property requirements and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and execute property tours to showcase available properties to prospective tenants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting prospects, responding to inquiries, and presenting accurate information about available properties.
  • Consult with prospective tenants to identify their desired property requirements and budgets, and present them with suitable options.
  • Facilitate lease signing and ensure all required documents are completed.
  • Assist tenants in the leasing application process by conducting background and credit checks.
  • Promote available properties through open houses and marketing strategies such as posters, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of property tours, inquiries, and leasing agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, property prices, and rental demand in the community.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related leasing and/or sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possesses attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
