Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.


HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team


Job Description:

  • Conduct the leasing and marketing of residential apartment units
  • Be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents
  • Maintain responsibility for providing exceptional customer service while adhering to all established leasing and marketing procedures.


Position Requirements:

  • Greet guests and conduct apartment tour
  • Negation pricing for apartments
  • Must be neat professional and
  • Customer service oriented and communicates with tenants
  • Implement fair housing, process applications for rentals and take payments
