Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerial Foreman to join our team at Congruex LLC. As a key member of our network construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure, including the placement of telephone poles and anchors, operating equipment such as bucket trucks, and performing aerial tasks such as new cable installs and pole transfers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Installation: Oversee the installation of telecommunications infrastructure, including the placement of telephone poles and anchors.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate equipment such as bucket trucks, posthole diggers, and other handheld tools to perform aerial tasks.
  • Aerial Tasks: Perform aerial tasks such as new cable installs, pole transfers, strand building, cable hanging, lashing, and other related activities.
  • Construction Work: Perform construction work such as digging holes, placing cable, pulling cable in various types of conduit systems and open excavations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards, always complying with proper safety standards and procedures.
  • Leadership: Supervise employees and direct them in their tasks and responsibilities.
  • Project Management: Invoicing projects according to company invoice standards.
Requirements:
  • Work Experience: Previous experience working from blueprints and specifications, and knowledge of telecommunications industry both aerial and underground construction.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work efficiently from a bucket truck, frequent climbing up/down utility poles with ladders or lag gaffs, and performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs.
  • Education and Certifications: Must have a Class A CDL and previous management experience.
  • Desired Skills: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, First Aid, and Spanish speaking skills.
