Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive schedule networks encompassing design, assembly, testing, and operational phases.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Program Management to translate customer requirements into a performance measurement baseline.
- Create and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that accurately reflect contractual scope, workflow, and resource needs.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, manage changes, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Assist in negotiating transitions between product areas regarding technical content and timelines, as well as coordinating workaround strategies as necessary.
- Act as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling data to provide visibility and communicate potential challenges to management and engineering.
To excel in this position, candidates typically possess 3-6 years of relevant experience.
Essential Skills:
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of schedule path analysis and critical paths.
- Must be a U.S. citizen for facility access and program requirements.
- Active Top-Secret clearance with the capability to obtain SCI level access.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Knowledge of resource-loaded schedules.
- Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations).
- Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of follow-up and closure.
