Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive schedule networks encompassing design, assembly, testing, and operational phases.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Program Management to translate customer requirements into a performance measurement baseline.
  • Create and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that accurately reflect contractual scope, workflow, and resource needs.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, manage changes, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Assist in negotiating transitions between product areas regarding technical content and timelines, as well as coordinating workaround strategies as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling data to provide visibility and communicate potential challenges to management and engineering.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates typically possess 3-6 years of relevant experience.

Essential Skills:
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Understanding of schedule path analysis and critical paths.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen for facility access and program requirements.
  • Active Top-Secret clearance with the capability to obtain SCI level access.
Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Knowledge of resource-loaded schedules.
  • Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of follow-up and closure.
