Job Description

Napa Flats is looking for a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our front of house team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service in a prompt and efficient manner, creating memorable experiences for our guests and promoting our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Promote our menu offerings and suggest sales recommendations
  • Cater to guests' needs and requests
  • Maintain knowledge of our menu and wine list
  • Show initiative and take ownership of tasks
  • Demonstrate charisma and enthusiasm in all interactions
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Develop organizational skills and multitask effectively
  • Solve problems promptly and professionally
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
