Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff across all shifts, interdisciplinary teams, and physicians to manage and coordinate resident care.
  • Provide direct care to residents and lead the MAA, CNA, and RA staff.

The RN will report directly to the Director of Nursing.

Essential Duties:

  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies while providing education and support to residents.
  • Contribute to the ongoing assessment and documentation of resident conditions and care plans.
  • Communicate any changes in resident conditions to the nursing team and seek guidance as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team and other professionals to meet the needs of residents and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: One year of relevant nursing experience.
  • Preferred: Knowledge in geriatric care.
