About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare practice, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care Coordination: Develop and implement effective patient care plans, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Practice Management: Oversee the management of our healthcare practice, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and expansion.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, outcomes, and overall practice performance.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA compliance required.
