Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Building Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Managing Territory: Independently manage your territory, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgments.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Minimum Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License: If operating a company vehicle, a valid driver's license will be required.
- Outside Sales Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
- Industry Knowledge: General contractor and building industry knowledge is preferred, as well as knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science.
- Construction Drawings: Comprehension of construction drawings is a plus.
This role requires flexibility to cover a territory with a 250-mile radius and may involve overnight travel. Up to 75% of your time may be spent on the road.
Physical RequirementsThis role requires the safe usage of ladders and may involve working at installation sites or warehouses, which may require climbing, stooping, balancing, kneeling, crawling, bending, lifting, driving a car or truck, and sitting and standing for long periods of time. Ability to lift 50 lbs. or less is required.
