- Manage customer communication, including email and phone interactions
- Process and track customer purchase orders in our ERP system
- Import and manage EDI or manual order demands for all customers
- Monitor shipment dates and expedite as needed, communicating with customers regarding changes or delays
- Act as a liaison between departments to address and resolve customer issues effectively
- Update customer price changes quarterly and annually
- Participate in audits and maintain documentation for IATF and ISO 9001:2015 compliance
- Provide support to outside sales reps as needed
- Participate in improvement teams and complete special projects as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Mfg. experience required
- EDI experience a plus
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to operate Windows and/or Apple-based computers and working knowledge of typical office programs.
