The N927 Mission Engineering Department provides data management and data architecture expertise to the IC Chief Data Officer. To stay ahead of the complex and growing threats facing the nation, the IC must embrace digital and data transformation. In this role, you'll advise the Office of the IC Chief Data Officer on data architecture direction, formulation, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate data reference architecture with input from the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on data architecture to senior government officials in the IC Chief Data Office.
  • Interface between technical experts and government stakeholders to pair mission needs with achievable policy decisions and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • 10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 8 years of experience with a Master's degree; 5 years of experience with a Ph.D.; or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated data architecture skills and experience developing IC or DoD data architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in one of the above listed disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a chief data officer and working with senior government officials.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex concepts across a diverse stakeholder population.

Salary compensation range and midpoint:

$157,000 - $196,000 - $235,000 Annual
