Job Description

The Manufacturing Process Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating production systems. This includes methods, instructions, materials, tools, and equipment efficiencies and improvements.

  • Design and Implementation: The role involves designing and evaluating manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Training and Development: Train employees on new manufacturing methodologies and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Key qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication skills, well-organized, analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office products, EPR/MRP systems, CAD/Solidworks, and welding processes.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, comfortable working in a team environment, and hands-on individual with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
