About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Entegee, a leading provider of custom automation solutions.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field and be proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Review and process purchase orders for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing data.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and invoices.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Experience as a Purchasing Agent or similar role within the electronics/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and purchasing best practices.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $31.00 to $36.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
