Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver and Advocate to join our team at SPIN. As a key member of our care team, you will provide individualized support to empower individuals to lead self-directed lives and participate fully in their communities.

Estimated Salary: $32,480 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals in developing and implementing personalized care plans.
  • Facilitate access to community resources and services to support individuals' goals and aspirations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to promote integrated care and support.

Requirements

To succeed as a Caregiver and Advocate, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license and one year of driving experience.
  • Covid-19 vaccination.
  • Ability to attend a 2.5-week training program during regular business hours.
