Job Description

We are looking for certified caregivers who can provide quality in-home care and develop enriching relationships with our clients.

Our clients often require assistance with activities of daily living, as well as help staying connected with the outside world through social activities, appointments, and errands. As a certified caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping them live life to the fullest.

Our Care smart phone app keeps track of client care plans, changes in ADL status, and outcomes.

This position allows for a full scope of interaction with the client in their home, including assistance with activities of daily living, maintaining their home environment, and keeping them engaged with the outside world.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must:

  • Provide verification of valid Home Health Aide Certification (CHHA) from NJ
  • Have experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility (recommended but not required)
  • Show proof of recent medical exam, 2-step PPD, and MMR screening
  • Pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
  • Meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the care team
