At Russell Tobin, we are seeking a highly analytical Sales Compensation Expert to oversee the administration of our sales compensation programs. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on ensuring alignment with business goals and legal compliance.

Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of sales compensation administration, including calculating and auditing sales commissions, ensuring timely and accurate compensation payouts, and analyzing sales performance data to recommend adjustments or improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage sales compensation plans, including incentive structures, commissions, and bonuses for the sales team.
  • Conduct regular audits of sales compensation data to ensure data integrity, compliance with wage and hour laws, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of sales performance and compensation data to identify trends, pay disparities, and opportunities for program optimization.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years in compensation, with a strong focus on sales compensation administration.
  • Proven experience in developing and administering sales compensation programs, including incentive structures and commissions.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting on sales compensation data to support business decisions.
