About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Director of Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Learning Centers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise ABA staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of skill-building interventions and make data-driven decisions to improve client outcomes.
  • Conduct psychological analyses and diagnostic testing to inform treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to ABA Behavior Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective services.
  • Develop and implement child-specific behavior plans that align with the principles of ABA therapy.
  • Develop and lead projects to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve referral source satisfaction and employee performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines related to ABA therapy and ensure compliance.
  • Promote the growth and development of Highlights Healthcare and contribute to the pursuit of new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • At least five years of experience in ABA, with a proven track record of progressive leadership and management experience.
  • Experience with programming, developing, and implementing multiple intervention programs.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, produce high-quality results, and handle competing priorities.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and related computer programs.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a clear criminal record/fingerprint clearance.
