Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming mail and correspondence, routing it to the appropriate personnel.
  • Take dictation and transcribe notes on the computer.
  • Compose and type routine correspondence, including emails and faxes.
  • Organize and maintain file systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Answer and screen switchboard telephone calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and reserve facilities.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mails and faxes.
  • Order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); At least two years of administrative experience, including word processing, document control, and preparation of spreadsheets and other documents.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Work Environment:

The work environment is typically moderate, with occasional heavy use of the keyboard. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
