Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Value Analysis Coordinator to join our Materials Management team at Montrose Regional Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of clinical products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the value analysis of clinical products and services requested by caregivers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with physicians, vendors, and other clinicians to optimize clinical product usage and minimize waste.
  • Work closely with finance and other departments to determine new product reimbursement and cost, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Materials Director and other leadership to drive change and improve value analysis committee outcomes.
  • Update MMIS product data as necessary, resolving pricing discrepancies and invoice problems related to price and quantity.
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize clinical product usage, including creating new items, conversions, and deleting obsolete items in MMIS.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree or equivalent; Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Three years' clinical experience required, with three years' experience in coordination of teams, programs, quality, analysis, or operations.
  • Experience in EPIQ preferred.
