We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Resource Engineer to join our team at Rinker Materials. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in promoting new and existing precast concrete products to engineers, specifiers, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present project-specific solutions to civil engineering clients, state departments of transportation, and local municipalities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market share for our precast concrete products.
  • Collaborate with state departments of transportation and local municipalities to improve specifications for storm drain infrastructure.
  • Manage relationships with industry organizations and build strong customer relationships.
  • Presentations to key engineering entities and trade associations.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineers and the sales and operations group.
  • Responsible for market development and education of the material specifying process.
  • Introduce new products and organize lunch and learn opportunities within the industry.
  • Identify and attend trade shows relevant to the designated territory.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering License preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills, including the ability to solve problems proactively.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 35% of the time.
