We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead our onsite team to success and ensure that our properties are well-managed and maintained.

Salary and Benefits
This part-time position offers an estimated annual salary of $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience. The Community Manager will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, a 401k Retirement Plan with Company Match, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays Annually.

Job Responsibilities
The Community Manager will be responsible for leading the onsite team, overseeing all site operations, and supervising a small team of individuals. This includes managing employee leadership, handling property emergencies, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in property management, preferably in affordable housing, and possess knowledge of Boston Post or similar management software.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in property/maintenance management or a related field.
  • An Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) or Certified Manager of Housing (CMH) certification.
  • A valid NYS Notary License, which must be obtained within six months of hire.
  • Knowledge of Tenant Rental Certification System (TRACS).

Work Environment
The Community Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate must be able to manage a variable schedule, remain available for property emergencies, and perform light physical tasks such as walking, lifting, and moving loads up to 20 pounds. Minor travel may be required for company meetings/training, to pick up supplies, make bank transactions, etc.
