Job Overview

Scully Careers is seeking a seasoned Community Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multi-family properties.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires strong communication and organizational skills. As a Community Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all on-site operations, including leasing, marketing, maintenance, and finances.

You will lead by example, embodying Scully's core values and infusing your property with our culture. Your main priorities will include:

  • Managing all on-site operations
  • Leading by example and role modeling Scully's core values
  • Creating and maintaining the annual property budget
  • Developing staff through training and mentoring
  • Cultivating vendor relationships
  • Inspecting the property regularly to ensure it is in top condition
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Scully Can-Do Attitude
  • At least three years of experience in the Multi-Family industry
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Top-notch communication skills
  • Lead leasing tours as needed
  • Stellar time management skills
  • A love of technology and ability to adapt quickly to new software
  • CAM or CPM certification a plus
  • A college degree or equivalent experience
