Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Graphic Village. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our production facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift and other equipment to receive and prepare shipments for delivery
  • Manage inventory and packing supplies, including ordering and stocking as needed
  • Coordinate with production departments to prepare jobs for shipment and receive shipments
  • Communicate with carriers and customers to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing furnace filters and cleaning the production area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
