The Patient Access Representative for the Emergency Department plays a vital role in delivering exceptional administrative support tailored to the diverse needs of patients. This position adheres to established care standards and guidelines, ensuring a secure and efficient environment for patient care. The representative is tasked with the orderly registration of patients, accurately collecting and verifying personal and insurance information. Additionally, the role involves managing incoming calls with professionalism and directing them appropriately within the facility. Visitors are greeted warmly, and assistance is provided to connect patients with Financial Counselors when necessary.
