Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Director to lead our Before and After School Program at AlphaBEST Education. As a Site Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the program site, including leading a team of Group Leaders and Group Leader Assistants, training staff on program procedures, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Group Leaders and Group Leader Assistants to deliver high-quality programs to our students
  • Manage all aspects of the program site, including staff supervision, program planning, and budgeting
  • Train staff on program procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement programs that promote student engagement, creativity, and intellectual curiosity
  • Provide a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and parents
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to achieve program goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of a CDA or 12 credit hours dedicated towards Early Childhood out of 48 credit hours
  • OR A Degree in a field related to Early Childhood or Medicine
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
  • Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards
