Position Overview:

As a Nurse Manager, you will:
  • Oversee Outpatient Primary Care/Family Medicine services
  • Work Monday to Friday during daytime hours
  • Lead a dynamic nursing team with a minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience
  • Preferably have a background in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Outpatient/Ambulatory settings

Qualifications:
  • Valid RN License in New Hampshire
  • Ideally possess 5+ years of clinical experience
  • Preferably have 2 or more years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Coordinator, or Assistant Nurse Manager
  • BSN Degree is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with underserved populations is advantageous
