Position Overview
  • Welcoming recent graduates and experienced professionals
  • Flexible scheduling with an average patient load of 20-30 per day
  • Operating room days ranging from 5 to 2 weekly, depending on surgical demand
  • Surgical procedures conducted at primary hospital, critical access facility, and outpatient surgery center
  • 24/7 in-house hospitalist support for emergency department admissions
  • Minimal on-call requirements, primarily phone consultations during off hours
  • Office-based procedures including cystoscopy for both genders, local anesthesia vasectomies, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removals, PTNS, CMG, and PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid, and Botox injections
  • Advanced equipment available: Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, and Nitrous
  • Access to four Da Vinci robotic systems and a comprehensive Robotics Surgery Program
  • Development of prostatectomy and cystectomy initiatives supported by a team of six other specialists
  • Strong collegial support from subspecialty colleagues
  • Electronic Medical Records system: Cerner
  • Collaborative and supportive medical staff, operational team, and leadership
  • Focus on maintaining a balanced professional and personal life
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $500,000 to $600,000+
  • Base salary complemented by production incentives
  • Student loan assistance, signing bonuses, relocation support, and CME stipends
  • Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF)
